Shipping prices listed below are valid for orders within the continental US only for UPS shippable items. For items such as play sets, slides and other overweight or oversized items that are too large to ship UPS (Noted in red text in the item description) and For Hawaii, Alaska, and all International orders, please select "To Be Determined" as your shipping option. An Outdoor Fun Store representative will contact you with accurate shipping costs. Items that require being shipped by freight do not include additional services such as Driver Unloading, Inside Delivery, Lift Gate, or Call Ahead unless otherwise noted on your Sales Order.

Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Some items are in stock and available to ship right away, but many are made-to-order based on your product & color selection. Please call for specific lead times toll free at 877-386-1700. To save you time and freight charges, some items will be drop-shipped to you from different manufacturers or warehouses.

Purchaser(s) agree and promise to pay Outdoor Fun Store Co. in full for all items, shipping and labor upon receipt of same. If any balance due or any other unpaid amount must be collected from purchaser(s), purchaser(s) agree to pay in addition to the balance owed, all costs and expenses, including but not limited to, all attorney and legal fees including interest on unpaid balance of 18% per annum until paid in full.

All Returns must be pre-approved by Outdoor Fun Store Co. in order to receive credit. You will be given an RMA# to include with the returned item(s).

No refunds on special order items. (Custom made or custom cut items and items made to order such as ice rinks, play sets, etc. are considered 'special order' items.) You may exchange or return standard stock items within 90 days of purchase if the items are in resalable condition (subject to a 20% restocking fee). Return check fee is $45. All equipment remains the property of Outdoor Fun Store Co. until paid in full. Late payments subject to void all warrantees. There will be no refunds given on orders outside the United States.

Outdoor Fun Store Co. distributes products for many different manufacturers.The warranty for each item that we sell fully passes through to the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover the cost of shipping or labor for the replacement of any part after 30 days. Wood and other materials exposed to the effects of the environment will show some distortion. These conditions are natural characteristics of wood and are excluded from any warranties.

Outdoor Fun Store Co., its officers, directors or employees do not assume any responsibility or liability for incidental or consequential damages or injuries which may occur from the purchase and/or use of the equipment. It is the purchaser's and the user’s responsibility to ensure equipment is properly maintained and in safe condition for use.
